• As part of our Supply Chain development vision, we have an ambition to move more product through centralised distribution. This will facilitate our desire to improve product quality, availability and increase the range we offer to our customers.
  
  
• In recent years we have seen the benefits of centralisation. Customer Service Levels, Delivery on Time and product range on offer has shown major improvements on our Grocery and Non food Offer.
  
  
• Centralising Fresh Food will represent the largest single change in the way we currently manage this range of product in Hungary. The move to centralisation will mean a complete review of the working practises within our Supply Chain, Stores and Distribution Centre and our suppliers. We will all need to work in partnership to ensure we manage this effectively and sustain the benefits.
